History

RLI Construction was formed in September 2006 as a successor to Ricky Lee Ide Construction, which began as a small sole proprietorship in 1994. In 2003 the owner, Rick Ide started working on multi-family restoration and rehab projects. These projects consisted of exterior siding, clubhouse remodels, full property deck replacements, dry rot remediation, interior and exterior remodels, roofing projects, catwalks, and just about everything in between. Mr. Ide climbed through the ranks and has since completed thousands of successful projects for many prominent figures in the multi-family industry, earning the title of being one being of the most reputable GCs. Today, RLI continues to grow and expand, adapting rapidly to this fast-changing environment. All while keeping the same core values and principles that got us here... You.
